Mark grew up in Western NY and started his career at Dresser-Rand in Olean, NY.  He spent the next 21 years at D-R in a multitude of roles spanning manufacturing, project engineering, supply chain and services.

He attended Alfred State College(AAS – Engineering Science), University at Buffalo(BS – Mechanical Engineering) and Saint Bonaventure University(MBA).

Mark now lives in Denver, CO with his wife Shawna and two sons; Peter and Isaac.  They enjoy all that Colorado has to offer including skiing, hiking, camping and fishing.  Mark also enjoys motorcycling and may own a couple more motorcycles than his wife thinks he needs.

Ron Fox, Jr. serves as Co-CEO and CSO at KATS Solutions LLC; and he brings with him 34 years of experience in the oil, gas and power generation markets.  His greatest professional achievement to date is helping to assemble the current KATS team who are amongst industry leaders in their professionalism and talent.  His wife of 34 years, 3 children plus a new son-in-law, and his dog, Leroy, are his greatest treasures.

Shawna (Crisafulli) Vitale grew up in Western NY and started her career in accounting at Cutco Cutlery while attending St Bonaventure University.

With a B.A. in Accounting and an M.B.A., she has contracted to companies across Manufacturing, Construction, Digital Marketing, Education, Food Manufacturing and Dental industries, among others.

She now lives in Denver, CO with her husband Mark and two sons (Peter and Isaac) and stays busy “keeping up with the boys” and working as the CFO of KATS Solutions, LLC and Partner of GCD Dental Laboratory.

Ryan Hunt brings almost 25 years of experience in the rotating equipment business in roles ranging from Parts Sales Analyst and Client Service Manager to Director of Business Development.

In his role as Director of Operations, Ryan is responsible for all KATS shop and field operations, including financial performance.

Ryan lives in VA with his wife, Emily, Daughter, Audrey and Son, Ethan. He enjoys being outdoors and watching his kids in all the sports they participate in.

Tim Riley serves as Director of Business Development and Project Manager at KATS Solutions LLC. Tim brings 20+ years of sales and leadership service & experience in the oil and gas industry to KATS. Having graduated from the University of Pittsburg at Bradford and relying on an inherited work ethic Tim has built a career of service and leadership to both colleagues and clients. Being a part of the KATS team is a culmination of this hard work. It is hard work, coupled with the shared dedication to our clients, amongst the KATS team that truly makes this his “dream job”. Tim calls Hollidaysburg, PA home with his wife and High School sweetheart Marcia of 31 years and pups Charlie and Geno. They share 2 children and 4 grandchildren; they are the driving force behind Tim.

Andy Marino has 30 years of rotating equipment experience in factories, as well as service centers.

In his role as KATS Service Center Manager, Andy is committed to providing our clients with excellent service.

Andy was born and raised in Western NY, with brief stops in Pittsburgh and Cincinnati.  When he is not working, he is probably fishing or golfing, but always a phone call away!

Lynn Anzivine, raised in the Enchanted Mountains of WNY,  brings over 30 years of experience in accounting and customer relations from her family owned & operated business.

One of her proudest accomplishments, aside from her family, came in 2012 when she and small group of family and friends founded The Pink Pumpkin Project; a charitable organization that assists individuals in local communities fighting breast cancer.

Lynn now serves as Manager of Business Services here at KATS Solutions, LLC.  In her role, she is responsible for all Human Resources and oversees Accounts Payable and Field Service coordination.

Lynn and her husband, Lee have two sons, Alex and Luciano and recently became grandparents to baby Sofia. They enjoy boating on local lakes and all activities at the family camp.
