Ron Fox, Jr. serves as CEO at KATS Solutions LLC; and he brings with him 34 years of experience in the oil, gas and power generation markets.  His greatest professional achievement to date is helping to assemble the current KATS team who are amongst industry leaders in their professionalism and talent.  His wife of 34 years, 3 children plus a new son-in-law, and his dog, Leroy, are his greatest treasures.

Ryan Hunt brings almost 25 years of experience in the rotating equipment business in roles ranging from Parts Sales Analyst and Client Service Manager to Director of Business Development.

In his role as Director of Operations, Ryan is responsible for all KATS shop and field operations, including financial performance.

Ryan lives in VA with his wife, Emily, Daughter, Audrey and Son, Ethan. He enjoys being outdoors and watching his kids in all the sports they participate in.

Born and raised in Wellsville, NY, Brendan Anderson is the Service Center Manager for KATS. Brendan ensures safe operations and delivers high-quality, on-time work to customers.

With over a decade of experience in CNC manufacturing, he has also taught as a professor of CNC manufacturing at Alfred State College.

In addition to his professional career, Brendan serves as a Town and Village Judge for multiple courts. Brendan and his wife are the proud parents of four children.

Lynn Anzivine, raised in the Enchanted Mountains of WNY,  brings over 30 years of experience in accounting and customer relations from her family owned & operated business.

One of her proudest accomplishments, aside from her family, came in 2012 when she and small group of family and friends founded The Pink Pumpkin Project; a charitable organization that assists individuals in local communities fighting breast cancer.

Lynn now serves as Manager of Business Services here at KATS Solutions, LLC.  In her role, she is responsible for all Human Resources and oversees Accounts Payable and Field Service coordination.

Lynn and her husband, Lee have two sons, Alex and Luciano and recently became grandparents to baby Sofia. They enjoy boating on local lakes and all activities at the family camp.
